Jessica came out in January 2005, legally changed her name and began living full time in July 2006. She’s a member of the Executive Committee for the organizing of the Detroit Area National Transgender Day of Remembrance and an active volunteer at the Affirmations Helpline.
She’s addressed classes at both Wayne State University and Oakland University on Transgender issues, and addressed the Race Relations and Diversity Task Force on Transgender issues.
